I am pleased with the finished product. They did a really nice job overall and I think it looks really nice. The onsite manager, Dylan, was very receptive to my questions and explained things to my satisfaction. He even noticed something in my original design that he thought he could improve upon and I’m glad he suggested it. Dylan and his crew also worked with me to cut down a bush that was at the corner of the old deck and hauled it away during demolition. There was not great communication about this as the measurements guy told me the bush could be taken away no problem. But this was never communicated to the demo crew or Brad and when I spoke with Brad about it he didn’t tell the demo crew either. I was not super thrilled with some of the things that were left at the end of the project. Someone left a half full water bottle, a lawn decoration had been displaced and it was left not put back, and also two pretty big stones that had to be moved during the project were just left on my lawn without any communication to me about them. I wish they would have asked me where I wanted them. Communication with the company was difficult once they had the deposit and the permit obtained. An automated email told me that someone would be in touch with me soon and I waited and waited and waited. I had to reach back out and it took various phone calls and emails in order for someone to tell me when my project was scheduled for. When I tried to confirm things it again was difficult. I did become connected with Brad but was never sure what his role was or how he was connected to the project. But he was at least someone I could contact with questions or concerns. Lastly, no one has contacted me following the completion to ask if I was satisfied or if I had questions. I got a text asking about the final payment format and then a request to fill out a survey. I did ask if I needed to be there on the final day of construction and was told I could if I wanted but it was not necessary. Bottom line: I’ll enjoy the deck for a long time to come and it really improved the appearance of my house. The workmanship appears solid and given some complications going on (recent tornado in the area) the deck was done quickly. But the company has to do better with communication.

The installers were very helpful and kept me informed the whole step of the way. I love my new fence!

Scott came yesterday to give me an estimate on a fence installation. He provided a sample of the exact type of fence I wanted. Being a retiree on a fixed income he gave me options and worked with me on cost and payment options. He never strong armed me and that happens a lot with seniors. This is not the cheapest option but the lifetime guarantee makes the value pop. I am looking forward to my new fence as are my pups.

Very pleased with my initial meeting and the quality of the workmanship. Can't wait to get my new fence! My new fence looks beautiful. I was very impressed by how quickly it was installed. It was late and we had to wait an additional day to get it finished. We have dogs so that was a bit inconvenient. It was also a bit concerning that the fence was not low enough to keep my small dogs from trying to escape. I would have liked a bit more communication from the installers asking about preferences or other concerns however they were working by the information they had been given by the people who surveyed the job. So I can't fault them for following their directions. I would like to suggest that the organization make sure that the installers check with the owners that it is going as they expect. Also that they check with the owners if they are doing something a little more unusual than normal. All in all it is a beautiful job and I am pleased with the final product.

Alex and his install crew were AMAZING - five stars to them (they deserve a raise!). Permit process and scheduling needs to step up their communication game; there was a lot of miscommunication there, but overall pleased with everything and happy our small dogs can finally roam in the fenced in back yard.

OK, so I don’t usually write public reviews but our experience with ReVamp was excellent! About mid-May we set up an appointment for Chad to stop by and assess our current wood deck and give us an estimate on a new composite deck. He explained everything in great detail and in terms we could clearly understand, and was in no way a high pressure “salesman.” With his help we signed a contract and qualified for 5-year no interest financing. Understand we are not young people so this was a big step for us and for someone to put us at ease with this size investment is pretty remarkable. About a week later Dan came out to remeasure and get exact material needs and to be sure we didn’t have any changes to make. Both Chad and Dan were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of obtaining any permits required as well as having diggers hotline come out. We got on their schedule and construction started July 16. The crew was exceptional!! They were highly qualified, friendly, and again highly professional. They made us feel at ease asking any questions we had. There were a few hiccups along the way, such as uncooperative weather and an unforeseen issue with adding an additional support beam to be sure the deck is up to code in all ways necessary, which is top-of-the-list important when it comes to the inspector showing up down the road. Took about a week to complete but we are SO very happy with ReVamp, which is why I’m writing this review. And for us, the most impressive thing in the whole process was the line of communication. It was EXCEPTIONAL, which is not something we can say about every contractor we have worked with. So thank you ReVamp!!!!

We haven't had the work done yet, but the presentation was great, open, honest and fair. We just signed on today 07/24/26. We had other deck companies come over, review our property and give us an outrageous quote. We had one that just came out, did the measurements and send us a ridiculous quote. We also had another one that said he'd do it, but didn't come out! Vince gave us all the options we can do and which option fit our budget for right now. We financed with the best available price. Obviously, if you put down a bigger deposit, the savings would be better. We all know money is tight, but this deal has been the best we've received! He presented us with an option we never even considered or were offered by anyone else. That was what helped us save more money! He said instead of a whole new build out, you may save by just resurfacing what you have. Let me tell you...my husband and I looked at each other like, "Ohhhh!" Vince did not pressure you into anything or twist your arm. He has a great sense of humor and is very personable. He stayed longer than 1.5hrs because it was such a great visit. If your looking for a great presentation and great customer service, go to this company. I found them on FB...I said the word out loud, "decking" and was flooded with ads. I contacted two and we went with this company. Go ahead, try them, hear them out and see what Vince can do to help you make the best decision for your situation! Ill follow up when the project is done!!!

My vinyl privacy fence was installed this morning and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. The crew of Nolan, Nolan and Hunter did an amazing job and it was evident that they were pros at what they do, and they were also very courteous. I took pictures during the process and was amazed at how it all came together. In less than 3 hrs. my beautiful fence was up. I highly reccomend Revamp. The price was reasonable and the crew cleaned up every bit of debri upon leaving. The lifetime warranty is great too.

Re: Revamp Decks Beautiful deck! We replaced our 44 year old deck. The work from framing to finish was done by skilled craftsman! They were very courteous and hard working, Evan on very hot days. The frame was really strong and impressive! The Finnish crew completed the job despite some thunderstorm days! The handrails really added to the finished deck! We recently had our fence installed by ReVamp Fencing, and overall we had a great experience. After the installation, I noticed a small separation in one section of the fence, and I also realized I wasn’t sure how to properly lock and unlock the gate because it uses a different type of latch than I was familiar with. I contacted ReVamp Fencing, and they were very responsive. They promptly arranged for someone to come out and address the issue and explain how the gate works. They made an appointment to have someone to come out here so we’re just waiting on that so it can be corrected! It’s reassuring to know they stand behind their work with a 100% lifetime warranty. Had Greg over to the house to talk about getting a new vinyl fence for my backyard. We could not be happier with our fence and the installation. We chose them for their selection and quality. We needed a 12’ gate that would hold up. Also, no one else had shown us the fence with the metal bars at the top. The workers were extremely responsive to our special requests to fill gaps where our pets might have been able to go through. It all started in April when I was calling around for quotes for a fence I was iffy on what I wanted for Materials I believe Dan was his name but he told me the benefits of doing vinyl over wood and I had to agree with him why would I want to do a wood fence that I would have to stain every year I barely have time to do anything else so how would I have time to do all of that but now it’s may and I just had it installed and I gotta tell yeah my wife loves it my dogs love it and my kids love it great job everyone from revamp

Today we had Revamp Fence come out and give us a presentation on replacing and extending our fence. Matthew the sales representative was very nice, listened to our request. Then proceeded to take measurements, went over in detail about the company, and product material and the reasons there product was better than others with detailed pictures. Showed us samples and pictures of different ways we could configure our fence. My wife and I were very pleased with him and highly recommend them as a company of choice.

Our Salesman Robert came to our house today to give and be Estimate for our front and back decks, He explained everything that we needed to know and he also answered all our questions that we had. Final results look great and Tyler, our salesman, was fantastic, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they gave me a really great price. My only complaint is that it’s a little hard to get in contact with someone if i have questions or need help with the actual installation part. Tyler was always very responsive but whenever i called the store, only the new appointment scheduling team would answer and everytime they would transfer me to the right team, no one would answer. But they would text me back later which was great.

From the salesman, to the installers it was a good experience. Only had one hick-up. The crew were replacing my old wood fence with a vinyl fence. The installers only had room to haul off half of the old fence. They said they would have the other fence hauled off the next day or too. We'll that didn't happen. After several phone calls and three and a half weeks they finally showed up and hauled off the rest of the old fence.

We love our new deck-just finished by John and his team today! They worked hard on solutions to some challenging discoveries all the while remaining friendly and focused. John worked as a leader and a teacher for newer members of the group and the results speak for themselves. Bring on the ☀️

At first, I would review them as a one star because when they installed the vinyl fence. It was unsatisfactory there was a lot of issues with the quality of install. I got a hold of my sales rep and he put me in touch with Jared. Jared came out looked at agreed with us that it was not up to their standards. He personally showed up the second time they reinstalled a bunch of the post covers and pickets. They also leveled out the top rails to make it look more level, running with our property. I would change it to a five star now we are happy I would recommend them. I feel like the crew we had out here was not properly trained to the standards of Revamp at the end they fixed it and we were happy with it. I would be proud to show anybody my vinyl privacy fence what it looks like I’m my property now.

FINAL UPDATE: Our fence has been installed and we’re beyond happy. The manager Jared kept in constant contact until the project was finished and well worth the initial frustration! Thank you Revamp! This place has got to seek out better customer service. We were scheduled to have our fence installed tomorrow but after my wife finally got through to somebody “16 hours prior to install time” we were told they’re not installing due to permits not complete. Sure that’s fine and understandable but was my wife supposed to wait on a vacation day she’d taken to be told the day of? So I decide to call and get the run around for about 10 minutes and then they decided to hang up on me. So not only were we uninformed of our install not being completed on the scheduled day but were also hung up on for having questions that any customer would have on a $14,000 install. I think the quality of their fence is beautiful but I’m going to cancel my install and get my money back once I can finally get ahold of somebody. If they have this much lack of communication and neglect towards customers before the install and can only imagine if I had an issue and needed a repair. I will say their salesman was an awesome guy and went out of his way twice to come talk with us but the admins for our area were completely out of line with their attitude towards my wife and I. Hanging up on someone is a fast way to lose business. Review Edit: My wife and I have spoken the to manager for our area and He’s been an awesome help. I updated from one star to four stars because he’s gone out of his way to make things right with our project. Once the fence is installed and looks good “which their quality from everything I’ve seen is better than most fencing companies” I’ll update to five stars. Was frustrated at first because lack of communication but everything was taken care of as of now and I’m excited for install. Side note. A lot of the issues were due to our city ordinance and codes. The one star review prior was lack of communication and being hung up on by one of their employees. I was told that was addressed and hopefully all is well.

As we started thinking about redoing our deck, we were nervous about the process. All of the nerves went away after we met with Isaiah. He did a great job explaining the product and the process. Bad ice storm and lost our power. Representative still showed up and was very patient with the bad conditions and all our questions. He went over all the options several times and was able to keep up as we changed our minds. If the project goes as well as the prep/estimate process went, I am sure we will be happy with the decks.

Deck railing and stairs to a new rubber roofing project were difficult, even if the weather had been perfect. There were multiple steps to climb with workers on the edge of the second story, with concrete below. High winds and cold weather slowed progress. The truck was over 50 feet from the work area. The workers remained on task and kept their focus, making progress and communicating any issues. A special member of the team came to handle an odd angle, so no damage was done to the project. Based on the amount of work done, I felt it was timely and well done. Their staff was pleasant, respectful, and evidence of their presence/exit was only in the steps and railing! I was very pleased. Very clean-cut and professional

Service on the fence was good but the delays in finishing the project could have been much better. Weather delays could not be avoided. First team did a good job, second team out did not have all of the parts to finish job. Third team just arrived 3 hours late, here 8 hours and did not finish much of anything much. Last fall Acosta installed a beautiful fence for us (was up in 2 days!) The employees, office staff - very friendly!! It looked wonderful! About a month later our neighbor accidentally backed her car into it, tearing down 2 sections of our fence. Of course we called to have them come to fix it; they inquired if the neighbor was going to pay for it and we advised them that “no, she is a single Mom who struggles to make ends meet”. Instead of charging us full price they only charged for cost of supplies! The fence is back up and looks as beautiful as ever! Thank you Acosta!!!
