We appreciated the professionalism and the results of the coating for our patio. We are very satisfied with the color choice we made and the overall appearance verses the dull concrete surface that also had cracks which were repaired before the coating was applied. The pictures that we attached shows the before and after with the furniture and one with the new coating. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Cardinal Concrete Coatings services to anyone.

Crew did a great job putting down the new coating in our carport cement. The results were great and looks beautiful. They also did a great job of cleaning up and also put up some yellow caution tape to help prevent folks from accidentally driving into carport or walking on the new surface.

Like many people, I too look at "reviews" of companies when choosing contractors for various projects around the house. After looking at several "reviews" for Cardinal Concrete Coatings (so many 5 stars), I chose not to look any further this time when moving forward to have our driveway recoated (yes, this meant having to have the previous (now worn) coating removed first). Simply stated, Darren and Ty were absolutely wonderful to work with, representing Cardinal Concrete Coatings in the best way possible. Any company today would be extremely happy to have employees of such high caliber and conscientiousness. They were on-time, polite, totally professional, and absolutely thorough in their work and "attention to detail." Cardinal was so great to work with from the beginning to the end of this job. They are heavy on communication and make sure you know exactly what’s going on through the whole process. From the initial quote being less than several other companies, to the end of the process they stayed in communication. After it was completed there was a small bubble of top coat that was left behind. They sent out their technician within the week to fix the issue and it looks perfect now. They stand by their work and I appreciate that. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

The in person estimate was quick and explained process well, they have plenty of color options, installers were scheduled quickly and arrived on time, finished job right away and came out great!

I wanted to make sure the review got posted…so I apologize if it shows up twice. I had my driveway/walkway completely resurfaced today. James first came out to help me pick colors. Today Austin and Jacob came out to do the job. They were both punctual, professional, hardworking clean, and the fact that they worked out in the 110 degree temps for 5 1/2 hours amazed me. They are really hard workers, very informative and really pleasant, as was everyone I have been in contact with at Cardinal. I am over-the-moon happy with the way it turned out. My experience with Cardinal Concrete Coatings was wonderful from the very start. James first came out and helped me pick out a color. Austin and Jacob came out today and completely re-surfaced my driveway and walkway. They were here for 5 1/2 hours, working away in 110 degree temps. They did an amazing job from beginning to end. They were very clean, very efficient and a joy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them!! You won’t be disappointed! Here are the before and after pictures.

Cardinal Floors rock!! We hired them to do coatings for our new 3 car garage prior to moving in. We built a new home in Victory at Verrado out in Buckeye. The guys were right on time and wrapped up the project in one day. They answered all of our questions and the floors look great. Alan was our representative. He came to our house on time. He went over the different applications that we were looking at. We picked our colors for both projects and left town. The project was completed while we were gone but we had planned it and hat way. We watched the progress from our outside cameras. They prepared the projects very well. When we returned to our house and the projects were completed, they looked amazing! Our driveway looked great and the stained concrete looked great too!

The installation team arrived promptly, and did a wonderful job! Before the team left, they explained how long to wait before using the garage and patio. We give them 5 stars for such an excellent job! We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Cardinal! Thanks guys!!!

I recently had my one car garage coated by Cardinal Concrete Coatings, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and top quality. Second time I had Cardinal do work for me and again, it was flawless!

Great from start to finish. We ran in to some issues on our 1st visit with installation but not the company’s fault our concrete had moisture and if your not familiar with what that means let’s just say if anything was laid down that day no product laid down would of lasted we where reading above a 5 thanks Austin for correctly doing your job. They did not lay there product down we fixed our concrete moisture level and they scheduled us an appointment right away. Thanks Allan for completing the project. Thanks for your team’s professionalism. Heads up pictures don’t do it justice trust me in person it’s amazing. The color is DOMINO. Wow!!

The crew did a great job fixing the cracks in my cool deck and recoating it. Wife is essentially pleased with the new non skid surfaces.

They were great, they gave a 2 hour window and showed up right at the beginning of the time frame, which was unexpected. Nathan that did the work, was super thorough, worked diligently for the 2 days he was here and explained the care process, etc. He was really nice, and my floor looks amazing.

I started my project with getting bids from three sources. With that said, I found Cardinal Concrete Coatings to be extremely competitive! I met with James R., sales agent with CCC and we was very thorough in his explanation of the product and the process his company uses. We agreed to move forward and James gave me an exact date and time the project would begin. On the day of the project, I received a text from Austin and his partner that they would be arriving ON TIME! Imagine that! Talk about two hard-working guys! Cardinal Concrete Coatings Nanthan S. and Mills did a wonderful job with coating our front patio with Outback! The work was scheduled to complete on one day but an unexpected rain shower interrupted application of the final top coat. Nathan arranged for them to come back out and rework and finish the job, and that's what they did just as promised. Alan was great on the sales call, and Customer Service was even better. We had rain on the first scheduled install date, and re-scheduling was made easy by Tonya. Austin and Jacob arrived about 7:30 am on the install date as scheduled, and the job was complete by 1:30 pm - about 800 square feet. They worked very hard and no time was wasted. We'll see how the poly aspartic top coating holds up in the AZ sun, but I could not be happier with the sales and installation process, which was all done at a fair price. In fact, Cardinal's price was much lower than a price I received from a local competitor. I chose the Beechwood base color, and it matches the trim on my house and landscape perfectly. Thanks Again!

Amazing customer service and workmanship. Started this journey seven days ago with a request for quote. The next day, Stephanie called me and had availability for an estimate to be done that afternoon. Allen showed up on time, had a wealth of knowledge, gave me great tips and presented a quote that included a veteran's discount. We got on the schedule for today (6 days later). The install team--Darren and Mikey--arrived early and went right to work. They explained the process, completed their work, and gave me care instructions before they left the property. The garage floor looks great and I know it will provide years of wear and tear. Orbit is the blue color and it really pops with my gray garage walls. I was looking for a reasonably priced company to re do our cool decking. After searching the internet I saw Cardinal Concete Coatings. When I called they said that they wanted me and my husband both home so their representative could meet with both of us. I was a little worried and not sure what to expect from a salesman. Mike came to our house, measured the area and asked us what we were thinking about doing. He gave us color samples to look at and put together a couple of different estimates. We were very impressed with the quote. We had another company come out before Cardinal Concrete Coatings to do an estimate and that company just walked around the area and gave us a number. Didn’t explain anything or offer colors. And that company estimate was more. I was so impressed with Cardinal Concrete Coatings that we decided to have them do our project. They gave us a date the work would start and date it would be completed. The work was done as they said. I would highly recommend Cardinal Concrete Coatings. We are so happy with the work that they did. Also very good customer service. Mike, Tonya, Stephanie and the workers all deserve a 5 star rating!!

The estimate for both options were lower that another quote that we received from a different company (the other company just walked around our deck and gave a number later in a text with no explanation and no samples) Mike gave us detail of what they would do and there was no pressure. If you are looking to replace cool decking. I would highly recommend Cardinal Concrete Coatings. Mike and the customer service team were helpful and professional. The job was completed in the time frame given. They cleaned up any debris from removing the old decking and the work they did looks amazing! We are very happy with the work!

We’re in Laveen, AZ and we recently had Cardinal Concrete Coatings revamp our pool decking, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our concrete had chipped paint due to water and moisture, but the team came out and provided a free quote along with several color options to choose from. The workers were friendly, efficient, and professional. They carefully removed the old paint, smoothed the concrete, repainted it, and added moisture protection to prevent future peeling or chipping. They also went above and beyond to protect our pool with plastic coverings and shielded our turf and backyard items to ensure nothing was accidentally painted. The project took about four days, and while we noticed a few minor imperfections after completion, they promptly fixed the issues and even provided us with a small can of touch-up paint for the future. We’re extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Cardinal Concrete Coatings for anyone needing quality concrete work. Great experience overall!

Cardinal Concrete asked me to leave a review and I'm happy to do so. Their process started with James who visited the project (a courtyard entry) and proposed options. This process was easy, with no pressure. On the day of application, the foreman was very informative on the process and even pointed out high spots in the concrete that I might notice (I didn't). The result was quite stunning and we can't wait to put the space into use. They asked for half payment up front (fair).

We had finally decided to do something to improve our backyard patio which had ratty old carpeting, which was ruined from sun exposure, rain, and pool water from family members coming out of the pool. Someone suggested removing the carpeting and having the fairly small 8'x20' concrete slab coated. I contacted several concrete coating companies, only 2 companies got back with me in a timely manner, one of them without seeing it, told me no matter the size, the minimum price would be $2,800. The other company was Cardinal Concrete Coatings, which arranged to come out the next day with samples. James Raanes, was right on time. He looked everything over, showed us a bunch of photos on his tablet of patios they had coated, he also had samples that we could see and feel the texture. (we were concerned about it being too slippery when wet) He answered all our questions and quoted us a very fair price. We were very comfortable with him, and decided to hire Cardinal. The staff was excellent at communicating with us via texts, emails and over the phone to make sure everything would be set for the service day. The crew that did the job were awesome. I was at work that day, so they met with my wife, and involved her in everything they were doing. The took care to protect the area before starting (covered a portion of our pool, the glass patio doors, etc. They removed the old carpeting and FULLY prepared the concrete (leveling, no cracks, bumps, etc.) and involved my wife with the amount of sparkles she wanted added. As they finished, I had just gotten home, and the crew leader went over everything with us, everything they did, and what we needed to know going forward (not walking on it for 24 hrs. when to move furniture on it, etc.) He wanted to make sure we were totally comfortable before he left. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up and leaving everything spotless. We had the "Patio Full flake system", with extra sparkles (looks very cool in the sunlight) We are very happy with the finished product, and have already shown it to some of our friends, and we recommended Cardinal to them. We felt it was money well spent and a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys! Note: I posted a photo, but the camera doesn't quite capture how awesome it looks.

I recently had my garage floors re-done and I’m so excited with how it turned out! Austin was great! He texted me when he was on his way and showed up on time! He explained his process and was easy to talk to. He clearly cared about doing a good job and was confident he could deliver. I absolutely love the color scheme Cabin Fever. None of the other companies I saw had this color. My garage looks like a showroom! If I have to make any critique it would be this: The grinding off the old epoxy made a huge mess! Totally understandable that’s the nature of the beast. The crew did clean up. They vacuumed and blew everything as best they could. But, man that dust was everywhere. The tops of every surface in the garage, the open garage door itself and the surface of the walls and ceiling were covered in dust! I have to go back with rags and mops and literally mop and dust my entire garage top to bottom. I wonder if there was a vacuum hose to connect to the grinder? Or maybe if they could use those wide sweeper mops on poles to help me out that would have been top notch next level customer service! Thanks Austin and Mike 😊

5 Star Review with some minor caveats. Read away if interested! First off, I appreciated dealing with CCCoP for the bulk of the time I worked with them. I was able to schedule on the day I wanted and although they did call and ask if I could reschedule a few weeks in advance, I advised I couldn't (my father-in-law was flying in for a few days to help move stuff out/back in so flight was locked in place) they didn't give me any pushback and honored the original install date. I also felt the price was very competitive based on my research online and getting another quote with one of their competitors. The install day went smoothly and Austin seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I very much enjoy having a nice flooring to park my new car on and I'm hoping it holds up well for years to come. I would absolutely use them again if I went back in time and had to do the whole process all over. There are a few small quibbles I do want to share just to prove this is an honest review and I feel it's something anyone considering spending the money to buy one of these floors should know in advance. The biggest issue I came across is within a day or two the floor of my new garage looked like it had what appeared to be heat transfer from the tires of my new car. I tried dusting it off with a brush to see if it would come off and it would not. One of the biggest selling points for this type of floor is that it handles heat transfer much better than a cheaper epoxy floor does. I was expecting the floor to stay cleaner looking longer than a couple of days as I only used the car twice in that time frame and this was not even the hot part of the year. Anyway, I did contact CCCoP via text and was told I would receive a callback shortly to address my concerns with heat transfer. I did eventually get a callback but it was about 5 days or so later (estimating - not actually looking at my phone). I was advised to use some Simple Green and hose it down - which I did and it cleaned right up thankfully. I guess I was just expecting it to not show dirt THAT fast with barely any traffic on it. I just wish the whole cleanup bit was discussed a little more clearly when I was being quoted the product. I certainly know surfaces need to be cleaned but man it got dirty fast (footprints too) so make sure you have some simple green and a good squeegee on hand for maintenance. Another thing I wish was mentioned during the initial quote was the possibility of adding a grip additive to the floor. When I was reading the contract I noticed there was a section saying they are not responsible for any slip and falls on the surface of the floor. I found that to be a little odd, because why would they be unless it created a very slippery surface. I called and was told that yes, if there is water present it can be very slippery but they do have several grip additives that can be added to make the floor more slip-resistant. I ended up getting the first level of grip additive put onto the floor and it was barely an extra cost so it's just something I think should be explained by the person providing the original quote. In the end, would I use CCCoP again? Absolutely! I would recommend them to anyone, I just wanted to point out to anyone considering having one of these floors installed there's some additional level of care you'll have to be prepared to take as it's not quite the maintenance free floor you imagine it to be going into the install itself. I absolutely LOVE my garage though now and when I say the floors clean up easily, I mean it. I was able to just use water alone on most of the grime tracked in and avoid spraying Simple Green. I say go for it, get that floor of your dreams!

He was so informative, took his time with evaluating the area we wanted done (our concrete floored Arizona room), he had nice big squares of all the pattern/color choices, answered our 100 questions & gave us a price qoute right then. The office lady kept contact with appointment, what to do, payments, etc & was so nice & informative as well. The two young men who came to do the work, Raven & Travis, were right on time, very professional, so friendly, described each step, did an absolutely beautiful job & left no mess behind. I had a very positive experience with Cardinal Concrete Coatings. A couple days after contacting them via Google, a representative named James Raanes came to my home to explain the products (epoxy vs. polyurea), color schemes, and prices. He then gave me a reasonable quote for a polyurea coating on my 2-car garage for about $2,500. I then added the same coating to my backyard patio for an additional $1,000. A couple weeks later, Darren and another crew member came to install the coating. I waited an extra week to start the project because of the rain. They arrived around 7:30am and finished around 4:00pm. They helped me move some items from the patio beforehand. They did an excellent job in both the garage and patio. After the project was completed, Darren went over how long the coating needed to dry and how to wash it. Later that day, a representative named Tanya called me to make sure everything went well. Great customer service. I highly recommend them for any concrete coating work.

I had decided on concrete floors for the interior of my house due to the greenness of the concrete material and the obviously long durability of the floor. From Todd who sold me the foor, to Skylar who ripped out the flooring and Raven and Travis who did the grinding and coating I couldn't be happier. The result is beautiful. An aside on this is that by taking up the floors, we discovered that a roof leak and shoddy workmanship from a remodel done before I owned the home, had been quietly flooding underneath my flooring, resulted in toxic black mold growing underneath. These gentlemen did my Fathers back patio, and it is absolutely fabulous. It is so beautiful!!! The two men that came, were here on time, worked tirelessly, were friendly and clear in the instructions for the next 24 hours and completely professional. Would have given them 5 stars except this is the second time they coated my back patio. Yes, they honored the warranty and fully removed the old coating (2 years old)and put down a new better quality coating. Time will tell but I think the new coating will be good for a long time. Wish I had Sergio and his crew the first time.

I am thrilled with the service I got from them. We had them do the back patio that was old and needing a fresh update. They were very communicative, affordable, and helpful! We will be using them again in the spring to do the pool area.

I want to start off with a HUGE shoutout to Darren and Cam who actually did the work on my floor. They did an exceptional job and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Now to elaborate on the work that they did.... I LOVE my new floor. It's everything I wanted and more. I went with the NightFall 1" flake with glitter and it looks incredible, feels super durable and has the perfect amount of grip. Only thing that threw me for a bit of a loop is that there was a miscommunication on the pricing. I said from day 1 that I wanted the 1" flake and was not aware it was an extra 450$. It was not on any invoices or any documents I received but was on the receipt after the job was completed (Card was on file and is automatically charged when the work is done). That being said, I think the 1" flake was worth it so I guess I can't be too mad. Overall, I would definitely recommend Cardinal to friends and family. Everybody that I work with was wonderful and the job was exceptional. ** Pictures to come. Still in the middle of repainting and getting some stuff cleaned up **

I first found out about Cardinal Concrete Coatings by doing a simple google search. I reached out looking for a quote, They responded to me within the hour and we had set up a consultation. My schedule is always hectic so I had to reschedule 2 times for a quote but they assured me it was no problem. Finally I was able to get a consultation, James was on time and very professional. He walked me through every step and answered all my questions. Now fast forward to day of appointment. The “Installer” TY! HE WAS AMAZING! Very detail oriented, OCD about his work and just wanted to make sure that my floor looked “ Crispy” lol I hung out with TY for the most part while he was working and he answered all my questions and told me all the process. In short I would recommend Cardinal Concrete Coatings to anyone. Not only that but I would recommend TY being the Installer. TY made the experience 100x better than I could have expected and my garage and back patio are “Crispy” just like he said it would be. I plan on building a shop in the near future and you better believe it will have Cardinal Concrete Coating floors and I will be requesting TY! After having many quotes to epoxy my garage floors, I felt most comfortable moving forward with Cardinal because of their expertise and professionalism.
